Certificate of Qualification - to the First Group of Large Enterprises. The obtained Group authorizes to conduct welding works in the field of execution, assembly and repair of welded steel structures of class 1, 2 and 3, in accordance with the PN-M-69008 standard, and steel building structures, taking into account the requirements of the PN-B-06200 standard, made of unalloyed structural steels, low and high alloy steels and aluminum, by the following welding methods:

  • metal arc welding with covered electrode MMA (111),
  • MIG/ MAG solid electrode wire (131/135),
  • MAG welding with metal cored electrode (138),
  • TIG welding with solid filler material (wire/rod) (141),
  • oxyacetylene (311) -cutting.

PN-EN ISO 15614-2:2005:

  • of the TIG (141) welding procedure of tubes (50x4 mm) butt joint made of EN AW-6101 aluminium alloy,

The Company employs highly-skilled and licensed welders in accordance with the norms:

  • PN-EN 287-1:2007 - welders approval testing; Part 1: Steel welding by the method of MAG (135);
  • PN-EN ISO 9606-2: 2005 - welders approval testing; Part 2: aluminum and aluminum alloys welding by the TIG method (141) and MIG method (131).

The production quality control - is conducted by the Quality Control Department, which personnel is certified in accordance with PN-EN 473:2008, in the research methods: VT (visual testing), PT (penetration testing).
