LED screen construction

With the ever-increasing use of outdoor LED or Video screens, ALSPAW has engineered the perfect solution to hang your screen in an efficient and safe way. ALSPAW has developed 3 standard screen solutions, based on the very strong trusses. LED SCREEN construction is made by Quadrosystem truss, supported with an extra security base frame. This construction is very strong and stable for heavy and different size of LED SCREENS. The use of our hydraulic system capable of lifting ground support towers up to 12 m is an ideal solution to LED or Video screens.

Box corner

ALSPAW Products Group developed universal junction Box Corner system which is revolutionary.

Corner box can be used in multifarious way of all configuration 90 degree angels. The box corner system is designed to be very rigid and capable applied load in a vertical or horizontal direction.

ALSPAW box corners enables the creation of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6-way corners. The connection between box corner and the trusses is very quick by box half open coupler, spigot and safety r- spring.

The flexibility of box universal junction corner make it a cost efficient investment. This makes a fully-fledged construction element, unlike traditional types of corners.

Quadrosystem

Quadrosystem to system czterech rur głównych połączonych ze sobą rurami poprzecznymi, przyspawanymi pod kątem 45° do rur głównych. Występuje w rozmiarach: 250 mm, 290 mm, 390 mm, 400x600 mm. Cechuje go największa wytrzymałość spośród trzech systemów, w związku z tym idealnie nadaje się do budowy dużych konstrukcji wystawienniczych, konstrukcji pod nagłośnienie, wież pod nagłośnienie, zadaszeń estradowych, ramp pod ekrany LED itp.

Trisystem

Trisystem is a system of three main tubes connected by strong bracing system, welded at the angle of 45° to the main tubes. It is available in the following dimensions: 250 mm, 290 mm, 390 mm. Trisystem trusses are much more versatile than duosystem, therefore they are applied in decoration constructions and exhibition constructions. Moreover, it may be applied as decorative structures, exhibition construction and smaller roof systems.
